He joined Vektore to learn and work with the 3D borehole logging and analysis software, Ore.node, especially developing practical structural core logging protocols. Recently, joined the vStructure and vSTAR Beta-testing to help improve their user-friendliness.

]]> Rafael holds a Bachelor of Geology degree in 2003 from the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil. Rafael has been working since then in the mineral industry, particularly for Vale S.A. in the Carajas Mineral District on various deposit styles. Rafael was particularly involved with the Furnas IOCG where his team significantly increased the mineral resources by adding a new ore body using structural projections. Rafael jointed Vektore in 2020 and his first assignment was to provide structural logging services using Structural Vectoring and the Ore.node software for a Nickel Sulfide explorer within the Carajas Mineral District.
